this Indian guy popped up on my fyp talking about hair growth and scalp massage, aside from technique he also mentioned having a tight scalp. When I first started massaging my scalp on a more consistent basis that is what I also noticed that my scalp was really tight. Did any of you notice this too?

Not sure what tight scalp means
Can you explain more?

Nice work! Keep it up :)

I will get to it this weekend for sure!!
Been busy with important studies that I'm finishing up this week

I will post a starting pic which motivate me to be consistent for accurate progress from the massages
I wasn't able to get the started pic last weekend bc of some important work, will definitely have it up tomorrow, going to do a Henna Tx first :)

It's believed that a tight scalp eventually leads to hair loss, the scalp is tense in the thinning areas, he recommends pinching the scalp with your two fingers in the thinning areas to loosen the scalp up, so that the scalp can absorb oils and promotes better nutrient delivery.

My entire felt a bit stiff from lack of massaging, not sure if there is any truth to his theory but I started scalp pinching along with massaging my temples and crown.
