The vibrating massager that I that I use is from vitagoods . I'm on my second one, but only because I wore the teeth down on my first. Mine also has more pointy teeth. I like that this new one has flat teeth. I don't use it to shampoo my hair, but I do use it as a dry massager.

5 minutes using my fingers (scritch and preen/scoop and spread) + 5 min brushing my hair with a goat hair brush.

I will update this post if I add the vibrating massage.

ETA 7 min vibrating scalp massage.

I liked mine because of the flat teeth too, that's why it still feels good massaging with it. Thanks for the link! Will research when I get time and update when I get a new one :)

Interesting, thanks for sharing! Do you find it worth the investment?

On one hand, yes as I get red light therapy with every in-office treatment. However, it's supplemental to many primary treatments,so unless you have the disposable funds to expend, it's not really necessary to buy. I couldn't point directly to growth to say it regrew a section or not.

I have a red light panel to use on my body and I have to say, I really do enjoy that for pain. It is very helpful.

I missed a couple of days, but managed to do it last night for 10 minutes -- 5 minutes with my fingers + 5 min vibrating massager

This morning 5 minutes with my fingers + 5 min vibrating massager + 2 minutes brushing (goat's hair brush)

My massages are going to drop to 4-5 times a week for the next several weeks due to my transition to a new regimen that will incorporate microneedling. I won't be able to massage or touch my scalp for up to 48 hours afterwards.

I bought a massager it has little prongs on the four ends, it tangled my hair so I gave up. I had a sleep cap on and put the massager between the sleep cap on my head and another sleep cap for support, I was disinterested after that. I need to come up with another plan, especially after watching this girl on tik tok who recommends massaging for at least an hour, I think she massages for two hours each day. I dont have the time but doing a little every day is better than doing nothing.

2 Hours?! Wowo_O

Can you share the TikTok or share what benefits they gained for massaging for 2 hours

2 hours a day is dedication!

I would do it if I knew it would guarantee a dramatic difference in growth but would definitely need a buddy to do it
