I never thought I would complain about this but I am having trouble fitting under my dryer now with all the rollers. I am starting to use the black ones now and its uncomfortable sitting here. Since I cannot air dry my hair ( it always comes out frizzy), it seems that I will have to cut my hair a bit.Anyone else have this problem?? If so what did you do?

oh btw I just got my PIBBS!! I will add pictures shortly.

Perhaps you need a different dryer. I see women at the Dom salon with Black rollers under the dryer all the time. I would upgrade the dryer before cutting the hair.

HTH

You better not cut all that gorgeous hair! :spank: You can upgrade to another hairdryer. There are larger ones that I see all the time at Sally's. I wish I could say that I had that problem. Congratulations on all your progress.

You can always try smaller rollers. I use the gray magnetic rollers when I roller set.

RZ~

Thanks ladies. I cant upgrade my dryer right now because I just splurged on a PIBBS (worth it by the way!) I am going to try to go back to using my gray ones. The only reason why I started using the black ones because I was trying to see if my hair would dry faster. But I must admit the PIBBS is dryer my hair a whole lot faster than my old dryer!

I am so excited you got your new dryer. I know you are not upgrading that bad boy. That is the UPGRADE! I hope smaller rollers will solve your problem.

I was just about to ask, how long did it take to dry your hair?
*I didn't see your post before I posted my last post. :perplexed

It dried my hair in not time! Its no joke. I usually have to stay under it for a good 1hr and half but now I was done in 45 mins. I'm very impressed! You can see the results in my foki.

Glossyxlipz, I had to abondon those large rollers and go back to using the purple rollers. I couldn't even use the the grey ones all over and fit under the dryer.
I just takes longer to dry my hair but I don't mind. I really do wish I could find a dryer that I could fit under with those large rollers.

No cutting girlie :nono:, when I use my grey rollers I still have plenty of room under my drier for larger rollers, I just don't understand why a PIBBS out of all dryers can't fit the black rollers :ohwell:. Just don't cut it I'm sure the grey one's work just fine.

That's what I'm talking about! (SIGH) I can't wait to get a Pibbs.

Don't even think about cutting your hair for this reason!

It looks so shiny and pretty. I can't wait to get my Pibbs. *sigh*

Seeing as how youve upgraded to a Pibbs definantaly uses smaller rollers besides you hair looks with the grey ones!

Yeah thats why I didnt want to use the smaller ones at first because it would take forever and a day to dry. But seeing that the new dryer can dry faster, I will go back to using all grey. I prefer to use the gray anyway because I like the curls

Congrats on your Pibbs!

I just could not put the green down for that one so I got a dryer that was about half the price. I hope mine is as good. (I have not gotten it yet)

Oh yeah my other one was $119 (ProTools) and it was very good. I was happy with it until it broke(well melted to be exact) which is the reason why I bought the PiBBS. But had it not broke, I would still be happily using it.

I use the gray rollers because I don't think anything bigger will fit under the dryer. Are the black ones bigger than the gray? I want to use bigger ones but I'm scared.

Yup they are the next size up from the gray. I remeber when I went to buy them at the BSS they were all dusty on the shelf because no one buys them. I do not completely use black though on my head only certain sections since some sections are longer. On my next wash, I am going to use all gray again.

I think all gray will work out fine because if you want a looser curl you can always wrap it after it dries. I do pretty good with the gray ones and my hair dries in a reasonable time. I would love to try the black ones though. I think I can remember buying some from the bss and the more I looked at them the more scared I got to use them. They were huge and I just knew they wouldn't fit. I might get up the nerve to try one day. (The ones I bought were dusty too:giggle:).

Yep, that is what I got. Well I am not sure of the model I got, but it was by ProTools and it was about $120.
