I know I've had tons and tons of questions on airdrying but thanks to all of you ladies and my new big sis, I think i have a formula that works for me!

I have pics in my fotki of the products and style I've used that have helped me. I am sure I can tweak it a bit...but for now, its working! I just hope I'm able to keep it up. I haven't used my blow dryer or flat iron since sometime in June which is great for me! I usually use it each time I wash or co wash....thats like a min of 4 x a month! I had to do something different....I felt that although my hair was thriving with the heat, it could thrive even more without it i am sure. So...we'll see who it goes. I've said in the past that my hair does not respond well to airdrying, and have found out during my experiment that its the products you use and how the hair response to them.

Let me know what you all think! Again, thank you ladies for being supportive and most of all A SHOUT OUT TO MUH' BIG Sis "D"!

Treasure, your braid out looks good. Thanks for the inspiration. I may give that style (headband and all) a shot in the near future!! Good job gurl! :yep:

Lookin' Good! I can't wait to start wearing braidouts, I just gotta finish this transition. The headband is a cute and practical addition. Your hair is really improving!

Thank you! Its sooo much to learn but I think i will get there.

You will be doing this style in no time! Just stick with what works for you hair and I've learned to remember to take care of those ends (thats the length).

this turned out really good!!!:yep:

i've been scared to try a braid-out cuz i just know it's gonna look totally whack with my layers... but i might just give it a shot after seeing the step by step breakdown and products needed.
