I've never tried the DC. It's new to me. My only favorite is the Condition Me Softly. Great rinse out, pre poo and cowash.

That's good to hear. I really liked Chi and I'm willing to pay the price for it but it's not as readily available as the GVP... plus the cost of GVP is so much better (especially with a sale). I'm glad it's performance is on par.

Not really, but I do know that with my fine wispy strands, I will be using a dab of gel on each section. I'll be experimenting with some different combos and cream gels.
I'll try to remember to post pics, I'm terrible with that .

Oyin hair dew is the BEST leave in/moisturizer that I have used to date and I have the pickiest of hair. It gives my hair moisture, slip and softness. Get it and thank me later.

Camille Rose curlaide was too thick and greasy for my hair. Even when I used it with a light hand my hair could never seem to absorb it. The JAI is much better IMO.

The coconut style setter is pretty good. Not as moisturizing as JAI but it gives more hold and definition. It also gives the hair shine.

Eden Body works soufflé left my hair hella dry. Great definition and price point but my hair was dry and dull. Have it away after a couple of uses.
