Anyone Successfully Speed Up Their Hair Growth Rate?

I'm sort of new to this forum,can you tell me what the MHM method is? I have been using liquid gold hair growth oil and alternate with the hair growth cream so far,when i relax next month ,ill know how much growth ive gotten but so far i can feel alot of growth..Have u ever tried it?

I inverted daily for a month and used monistat every other day after a bad trim and I grew at least 1/2 inch to an inch that month. I haven't been able to consistently get that kind of growth...

My normal growth rate is 1/4 inch a month even with biotin and Hair skin nail vitamins

Thanks for your response! I'm reading the reviews on the Liquid Gold.. Hmm maybe I can just add some sulfur powder to my JBCO instead.. can't hurt. Curious to know what's in the "proprietary blend" though.

Not sure if this will work for the relaxed heads however because of the constant moisture and manipulation.

Wow, me and you are in the same boat. I've been taking hair gummies, biotin w/ keratin and silica (via diatomaceous earth) and ughhh it's taking forever! I can say though that my new growth is a lot shinier and softer however. Looking into the inversion method now. Thanks for your response!
