Biweekly due my hair being in either a wig or weave plus I don't sweat as bad during the winter as in summer.

i still wash 1x a week. Nothing different from the summer. I just make sure I don't wash before i go outside in the cold. Or i make sure i wash in enough time that it will dry before the next morning

Shampoo (as needed based on scalp condition, build up etc) usually bi-weekly. I'm a CWer though. I Co-wash 2 to 3 times a week year round. I actually have to do it (CW) more in the winter b/c of dryness from wearing hats, scarves, indoor heat, cold drier air outside etc.:look:. Like Dposh167 said, I try not to go outside with my hair too wet but sometimes do. If I do I have a scarf, followed by toboggan and then a hat on too depending on the temp. I have learned to layer my hats just like I layer my clothes in the winter...

Spring/Summer I cowash twice per week.

Fall/Winter I'm shooting for once a week. Don't know how long it'll last tho'

How often I cleanse my scalp doesn't change in the winter. I use a cleansing conditioner weekly and clarify once a month.

Usually biweekly because my scalp would get dry if I washed too often. This winter though, I'm going to try weekly to see how it goes

I wash every 2 weeks during fall/winter. During spring/summer I wash once a week. When my hair was shorter I could still do once a week in winter. But now it takes a ridiculous amount of time to dry and in my state it gets pretty cold.

Once a week like I normally do all year round. But I hear people say their hair is really dry in the winter and they cowash mid week. So far I haven't had that dry problem (knock on wood)

I replace a shampoo wash with cowashing. So my shampooing is reduced by half. But I am still "washing" weekly .

I shampoo weekly, with sulfate-free shampoo. Every now and then, I'll skip a week due to lack of time or I'll do a co-wash instead.

I stopped shampooing ages ago, I ma attempt to space out washing all together this year, maybe everyone other week with regular conditioning rinse use inbetween. So far this is working, but I haven't skipped a week of washing yet.

In past years, washing my hair in the winter could be as often as every other day. Now that my wash and go technique is better, maybe I'll wash twice a week or less.

Shampoo:
Still once a month.

Cowash:
I may skip a co wash or two if my hair is in a protective style and if it is super cold outside and I am in a rush.
