I'm On the News Because My Salon Almost Burned Down!!

I'm so glad it wasn't worse than it was and no one was seriously hurt or killed. I hope that one fire fighter has recovered 100%.

Given the nature of the business and building that burned down (fabric, wood floors, 100 year old build etc), its a miracle that the fire didn't spread beyond that.

You will be back up and running in no time and your new salon will be better than ever! I can't wait to see restoration photos!

The Shop that I was going to Pre-LHCF was attached to a very popular restaurant downtown that had a massive Grease Fire and it burned her business down as well.

She was also on our Local News and several Salons from all over town offered her Booth Space (which was very nice) until she was able to get re-established.

I am sorry to hear that. What is it about downtown Douglasville and fires? This is the second time the building next to me has burned down. It happened once before I moved in.

She re-opened and moved to a totally new location in a different part of the City (and had a Grand Re-Opening).

Yes, she got a lot of support from other Salons that offered her space etc...

But Lawd she was on TV Cryin' & Clownin' and Passin' out

You represented dignity & class and Faith in God.

Most of her Clientele did follow her to the temporary Salon.

Whew! It's been a busy day!
