On the fence: my conditioner kc004. Too thick and sticky when applying and didn't rinse out smooth. I think I used too much cocoa butter..back to the kitchen.

Miss Jessies Multicultural whachamacallit, soft hair, nice as a refresher to a style already set, no buildup, and the smell was nice

Soultanicals Fluffaclious Curl Nutricious, nice detangler, and a great prepoo. I can tell when I wash my hair tomorrow, its going to have slip rinsing out
 
Hit: Mill Creek jojoba conditioner. Was looking for a cheap rinse out and this one seems to be a good one. Hair felt soft and moisturized. Only left it on for the length of my shower and hair detangled easily and felt soft.

Miss: Avalon organics lavender conditioner. Bought this as a possible cheap rinse out. The lavender smell was almost nonexistent to me. Lost a lot of hair detangling and the detangling process did not go as smooth as it does with my other conditioners. Glad I just bought a sample of this instead of the whole bottle.

Also I had to put 1/3 of the jar on my b/c it just felt like when I was applying, it was nothing on my hair and it kept making my hair feel like i had a lot of water in my hair. This is definitely going in the trash. This may be a good prepoo or a rinse out conditioner.

I contacted CM on Thursday via Live Chat message and email to notify them that my package was in Atlanta in lieu of the Mile High City. Please note that this package was scheduled to be delivered on Thursday. One of my E-Sistahs was nice enough to hunt down their phone number and forward it to me.

When I called on Thursday afternoon, Julissa asked "Did you email us earlier today?" So this business knew that I was flipping out, do to my package being in the South East part of the country, but they did not respond to my communiques, until I called them.

She promised to call me back on Friday, after she contacted USPS. I never heard back from CM. In addition, she advised me that because it was USPS's fault that they would not resend the package unless USPS agreed to reimburse them. :thud: I received the package on Saturday. The first thing I noticed upon receipt was that shipping only cost them $9.11. However, I was charged $10.50 for 2-Day Priority Shipping. I want my $1.39 back.

I received the the following email message this afternoon (Sunday) at 2:11 pm MDT:

Hello MileHighDiva,

My apologies that I did not call you back on Friday - I went home early due to a stomach bug. However, when I spoke to USPS they told me they were re-routing your order to Denver, CO. Please let me know if you received it? It shows that it was delivered yesterday - however, I just want to make sure it was.

Surprise hit:
BASK cacao bark - I dont like how this feels going on..or even immediately after rinsing. Its super smoothing and never feels like its really going to do anything. When its rinsed out and my hair is still wet it just feels.. weird, like coated. BUT every time after t-shirt drying for a few minutes my hair always looks and feels great! Very moisturized, fluffy and smooth. Its so weird :perplexed

That's exactly how my homemade cacao conditioner felt..weird application(like sticky and thick) and rinsing it out I thought my hair felt coated. but after letting it dry for a couple minutes using my tshirt method it was soft and it is still soft! I think it is the high concentration of cocoa butter!

SSI Juicy Berry Buttercream Frosting - I love how light and fluffy it is, especially for a butter. It doesn't coat my hair, but actually gets absorbed. And of course it smells yummy!

KBB Luscious Locks Hair Mask - My hair was sooo well moisturized after dc'ing with this product. $25 for 8.5 oz though? Why does my hair have such expensive taste? :lol:

A dollar thirty-nine was not enough. :look: I'm not paying $10.50 in S&H for you to blow me off. I reached out to them three times on Thursday, May 15th. They were messaged via Live Chat, e-mailed, and called. I had no idea what was going on.

Then on Sunday, May 18th I received this message from Julissa at CM:

By the time, it was delivered I had already paid for another poo, because I didn't know what the hayle was going on. In addition, they didn't automatically adjust the S&H for the overcharge. Yes ma'am, I requested and received my full $10.50 back. That was not 2 day shipping, nor good customer service.

Kurlee Belle Banana Nut and Avocado Treatment (for the consistency only) - love it! It's a bit runny, almost similar to that of a moisturizing shampoo or hand soap. Even with my heavy handedness I only used just under a 1/4th of the jar, maybe not even that much. Won't speak to performance yet, only one use under my belt.

Giovanni Smooth as Silk never ever ever ever lets me down!!! It has soooo many uses. Mixing it with water in my spray bottle proved to be an even better leave-in/detangler.
