Super Duper Hit: Cowashing with Giovanni TTTT Conditioner

I decided to cowash with this instead of shampooing. I figure, there wasn't a whole lot of build up from my marleys and my hair was dry.

Why do I keep straying from this stuff?

My hair is soft, clean, and detangling in the shower was a breeze which I never do. It's got tea tree, eucalyptus, and peppermint oil so I'd classify it as somewhat clarifying.

It's HG status. The only consistent conditioner I've kept in my arsenal since I've been natural. :yep:

So yeah, this will be my cleanser. I will use one of other conditioners as a moisturizing rinse out in the future.

MAJOR HITS

Another vote for Annabelle's Perfect Blends hair creams. I've only used the Lemon Pound Cake and Pear Apple Creams so far, but I love them. They soften my type 4-something natural hair like no other. Happy I have 4 more :)

Deep Conditioners:
*Blue Roze Beauty Cocoa Coffee Rhassoul Hair Mask
- Smells very strongly of chocolate (which I like), very creamy texture which rinses out fairly easily (I had to rinse a bit longer than I usually do to ensure all the conditioner was out of my hair.) Gives a fair amount of slip upon application (enough to separate my hair easily into sections after shampooing), and leaves hair very soft and springy. I've used it with a steamer and hooded dryer, and I love it both ways.

*Bel Nouvo Creamy Castor Custard
- Smells like buttercream/ bakery fresh. Thicker texture than Blue Roze, but very creamy. Applies well, rinses out easily. Leaves hair super soft with both steamer and hooded dryer use. Definite repurchase.

*Bobeam Deep Condish
- I purchased this in the lemongrass scent. The scent is moderately strong, and the product is fairly thick. Nice slip (not as much as the first 2 conditioners, but still does a good job.) Easy to rinse out, and leaves hair soft. Will repurchase.

No Misses

Hit: Ouidad detangling comb. To handle is awkward but it does the job :yep: My hairsense combs are in the drawer for the moment.
