Has anyone tried this Wash-N-Go-at-Night Method?

And, if so, what products did you use?

I am anxious to give it a try :yep:

Yes. I've done it alot during any season. I don't really like my hair dripping on my clothes & getting product on my skin & dripping down the back of my neck so that's why I've done it year round. And of course it's good in the enter so I don't catch my death in the cold.

I use my usual products which are shea moisture curl enhancing smoothie or the curl milk, followed by Ecostyler gel. I let it air dry until its 75% or more dry then I pineapple it & put on my bonnet. Then I wash my face & take a shower to rinse off.

I've done the WNG evening and pineapple method lots of times. It works well for me if I let it air dry for at least 2 hours before putting it up.

Same! That's what I did for this wash n'go. It also only works if I use a gel with good hold. Otherwise it's frizzy, mussed fro, poof city

For those who pineapple, is the ponytail part covered by a scarf?

The ponytail part hangs all in my face, so when I tie my scarf, only the back and top of my hair is covered. I have to try and stuff the ponytail back up in the scarf if I want it covered.

Thanks for mentioning that. I usually do it with a harder hold gel like eco-styler or Uncle Funky's curly magic. It didn't work too great with softer hold gels.

And, to the person that asked I do use a scarf and tie it around my edges (not to tight, or they will be molded to your head when you wakeup ).
