I think Reniece has a gift from God. Kid you not! It's like every scalp she touches turns to MBL

I just downloaded "The 5 Archetypes of Hair" on iBooks. This is a great video of how a salon is creating progress instead of setbacks. Going back to watch again!
I came here to post this too after I saw it on MsKibibi's blog!
I've said it before and will say it again, her technique is flawless! She has a way to hem the hair that is her signature, it's like aaallll the strands are exactly the same, and like somebody else said, her clients' hair have weight and substance to it, no thin scraggly ends in sight. I posted it on Facebook and also commented on the youtube video.
Reniece is an example (if not THE BEST example) of when a stylist knows what they are doing, are willing to work with clients, not getting the instant gratification of a "hairdo" that looks good at the salon but the client doesn't know what to do with their hair at home.
Some stylists think that by educating their clients they will lose them, they want to be like a crutch so the client will only rely on them, when it's the opposite, they will come back, be your client for life and will be the best advertisement for their business.
There is some Beautiful hair in that video! And my sister is one of the featured heads. Yay!
@Allandra and @MDWezi and @MsKibibi you ladies look lovely. Reniece is the truth. I am so thankful that my hair is in her hands.
I bought the book for every one of my girlfriends who never listen to me about their hair. The ones that saw me go from tore up, chewed up hair a few years ago and yet they STILL don't believe me. Darn shame.......
For u ladies who live closer to ATL, Tamika Bell is also one of "ours". She's one of our moderators "DSD'.
I knew I saw so LHCF ladies in there. I knew Mdwezi. And it's funny, I knew one person by the back of their headThat must have been Allandra.

Yes that was me. even my bun drop just showed the back of my head.
I'm client F.
I've known about Reniece for a while, but when I checked her site it was all about weaves. Anyone know why the pressing services aren't really spoken about on the site?
I wish I knew what her straightening technique was.

candie19 how is the book in eformat? I was thinking of getting it for my kindle but if it has a lot of pictures the kindle format may not be worth it?
