Sorry to hear about your wrist. I am praying for your speedy recovery. I know this is difficult because you have been a DIYer for so long. It is hard to trust others to do your hair, because as you stated before...sometimes they rip through the hair instead of handling it gently.

Be sure to get enough calcium and magnesium (supplements), lady. They will help speed the healing process.

BTW, I've been on LHCF too long. As soon as I saw the thread I shrieked "OH NOOO!" - not because of your wrist, but because your hair might suffer, smh.

girl car accident, then taking care of mom cause she had three surgeries last year (one to remove cancer) and now i broke my daggone wrist lol i still cant believe it.

i have to have surgery on friday apparently if they gave grades id get an a++ i did that good of a job breaking it lol

I'm sorry to hear that. i broke my wrist before too and got it cornrowed. it was such a terrible experience so i don't recommend going to any random person. only go with someone you've had experience with before.
