I received an email from Torriana Townes stating my order would be filled as soon as possible. No exact shipment date included in email.

I had a heavy work load yesterday and could not contact PayPal, but will contact them today.

Also, they now have a Facebook page.

shuld be within 2 weeks - ya know so the herbs are still fresh

I don't think anybody has a case with Paypal unless she doesn't send the product but I don't know all the ins and outs of how they operate. I know some people that work in the fraud dept for them so I think I am going to ask. She probably at the Dollar Tree stocking up on tea bags:lachen:

People might have to take an L on this one in the event she does mail out the stuff and hope the money comes back to them some kind of way.
 
She is not very business savvy, failed the homonym lesson in English, and is starting off her business in a lie. I don't think she knows what she is doing. She can't even explain the certain "herbs" within the tea. Being oblivious to the ingredients within your own products results in major side eye to me.
 
People start businesses and have no type of plan or know-how. She should start local and then do online. I see this too much these days. It takes a lot to provide a credible service to other and sometimes folks get caught up thinking its easy and start something online without any business sense.
 
i'm still cracking up that she made it out to be some product that she just "happened" to try.....it's her product!

that is so shady. i used to like her channel and missed her when she was gone. i am stunned at the level of dishonesty all up in this mess.

Now she knows she is NOT growing her own herbs. Even if she did, it takes time for them to dry.

My issue from the beginning was she said she is not the seller. If that's the case, someone has hacked her account and now has my credit card information. If she is not the merchant, she should not receive any funds.

I'm in my kitchen brewing as I type. I joined the coffee/tea rinse challenge and went crazy in the herb store today.
 
Yeah i saw that video too SimJim....i was just watching it right now..I know from this whole situation i wouldn't dare give her a cent of my money...Why lie?...I guess she thought more people would buy it if she was promoting someone elses company instead of her own...smh
 
I have blogged warning youtube bloggers to be honest; Most told me off and said it is up to consumers to do their own research; I need to mind my own business.

FYI: Many blocked me, but as their subbies got lower, lots of them unblocked me. There are lots of honest people on YT, so they could have left me blocked.

OP: she will unblock you sooner or later, but her address is on her business, you can just send her a message. She probably gets those faster than YT messages anyway.
 
She ruined it. Those lies were too much for me. Talkin about "I have more tea being sent to me. It will be here in a few days" and "I got it from a stylist" blah blah blah. Now all of the sudden you got a tea garden? :lachen:I just wonder if she hadn't gotten busted would she have ever come clean? I don't know but I doubt it. I just feel like she would have kept pushing out product reviews on her channel about these "miracle teas"
 
I watched her explanation. I will never understand why people can't just say I'm sorry, instead of compounding their lies with more lies. It is so unnecessary. Why bother with a lame, sideways apology in the first place?
 
I only watched two minutes, couldn't find it in me to go any further than that. She has compounded her original lie with more lies. Ain't Nobody Got Time For That! :lol: I'll stick with my own tea blends, thankyouverymuch!
