Yeah, it wasn't even styles cute either.I'm sure she could have gotten similar results at home without the damaged hair.

I would think by now that it's common knowledge that if you go to ANY salon and tell them to straighten your hair, that they will get it straight BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY! That means if it takes 5 or 50 passes of a hot comb, flat iron or whatever, they will do so!!!
THIS is why I don't let ANYONE straighten my hair. I have the art of straightening my hair down to a system where I know how much heat I need, how big to make the sections, and so forth.
To trust a layperson like this is asking for trouble!! And if you're doing videos and on the forums and stuff you should know this already. I get so mad when I see people getting their hair damaged unnecessarily, but come on!!! When do we start learning from other's mistakes?
