sadly mine is broken, i put my hair through it and it didn't trim my hair. What it did do was hit my hair with the blade and produce split ends
I'm very upset about that. I know because i did feel my hair before i did it and after. Extremely rough, examined the hair more closely and lots of split ends. It looks like my hair was stripped on the ends.
Compared it to hair in the same area that i didn't put through it and it's not like that *sigh*
talked to the company and they're going to replace the trimmer part. I'm kind of bothered I have to pay to ship it back because I already paid for shipping and it's not my fault that their stuff didn't work :/
