I was accepted into Aveda Institute cosmetology school today

I've been wanting to start my own hair care line for years now & possibly open my own salon. I've been having a hard time finding a job since I got out the Air Force last September. The GI Bill will be paying for it and giving me a housing allowance so I said why not. I'm pretty excited!! I start classes next month.

Unfortunately, I was older when I started and yes, it's still there and even some of the older students, (30+) are just as bad as the younger students.

There can be...but you can keep away from it. I'm also in cosmo school and I just stay humble, do my work and try to be helpful. I keep a low profile. I enjoy my classes and LOVE my instructor. I think you will enjoy it and do FAB!
