I've been wanting to start my own hair care line for years now & possibly open my own salon. I've been having a hard time finding a job since I got out the Air Force last September. The GI Bill will be paying for it and giving me a housing allowance so I said why not. I'm pretty excited!!:grin: I start classes next month.
 
Congratulations!!! What a blessing!!! I know you will do exceptionally well!!! Continue to stay encouraged and please keep us posted. :)
 
CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!! Just remember, don't get involved with the cattiness at cosmetology school and DON'T get discouraged. You going to do great!

i didn't know they had cattiness like that at beauty school. i'm bout to be 31 years old next week so i don't have time for foolishness.

Unfortunately, I was older when I started and yes, it's still there and even some of the older students, (30+) are just as bad as the younger students.

Congrats! I've been wanting go to go Aveda school for a while. I figure I've been using their stuff for so long I might as well turn pro. Have fun! :)

There can be...but you can keep away from it. I'm also in cosmo school and I just stay humble, do my work and try to be helpful. I keep a low profile. :yep: I enjoy my classes and LOVE my instructor. I think you will enjoy it and do FAB!
