My silly cat likes to try to lick my face when I'm on the floor doing stomach crunches. When I lift my legs and bring them down, sometimes I find out that he's laying on the mat where my feet were. erplexed

This cat is trying so hard to sleep on my head at night, I don't let him get past my shoulders. He usually gives up and goes to the foot of the bed. He used to sleep with one paw on my arm.

Iuse it twice a week as a rinse after just rinising my hair or after I shampoo. It's help wth stopping split ends. www.longhaircommunity. com there is where I got the idea from.

I don't measure I take a hand full of catnip and add to a huge coffee cup i have add boiling and cover for about 10-15 minutes and when I wash or just rinse my hair I used it instead of conditioner.
