Honestly, she could have said what she needed to say in under a minute. I didn't finish because I understood her position within 30 seconds and the rest was a rant.

Yeah, it didn't really need to be 12 minutes long. I get what she was saying but I think she derailed from the topic and was repetitive. The whole negative comments thing should have been a separate video if she felt the need to address it.

I think so too, and I understand where's she's coming from. I notice that trend on youtube, when I'm looking for information yet it comes with a long rant. I just cut things off now or fast forward it.
