Do you know of any good 'weave isntallers' ? i'm not sure what you call them lol
I was using one lady, then she started trying to mug me off, using cheaper, poorer quality hair. :|

Soo, could you please recommend some people please?
There whereabouts and possibly a picture of what they can do? :)
Thank you! :D

Hi

Whereabouts (in Herts) are you located? Do you want the installer to also provide the hair or just do the installation?

lol! I'm meant to be moving to Welwyn Garden city in the next 2 weeks! Small world!
I know a shop on Kilburn High street where I got a great weave done. I can't remember the name right now but it's opposite Global Hair and Beauty supplies shop! I'll try to find the card and post it!

:O noooo way!
it is a small world :)
and excellent, the lady that done my last weave worked in a shop down Kilburn highstreet.. this will be so awkward if I go into her salon and get a weave done by one of her colleagues lol.
I don't know Kilburn well, so it might not be the same place, fingers crossed :)

When I had my weave a year ago, I used to get it done in a salon by Sydenham train station. I used to go there for a particular stylist named Mavis. She used to charge £45 for a full head weave (parting left out) and you would supply the hair or buy it at the salon as it doubled as a shop. I would prepare my hair before and just go for the install.
I have attached a picture of one of my installs, I think it was pretty good but you might think otherwise :) This weave was around 6 weeks in.

Now that is a good question! I dont know the name but I do have her number. Would you like me to PM it to you?

The name of the shop I went to is Elimu Hair and Beauty, Kilburn High Street. I think the weave cost ~£50. It may be cheaper on certain days and times. Try to google and call them up first. HTHs!

Are there any other recommendations? Even at home stylists

The last weave I had done about 6 months ago was at Elimu...I wasn't impressed.
The south london salons do a good job, but I'm looking for alternatives in north london.

Thanks!
