Thank you. I've been twisting/braiding my own hair for a long time. I learned from watching my aunt when I was 13 and just practicing on dolls and stuff. It takes your fingers a while to get used to but it's like riding a bike.

I PSed everyday, except a few passes (Halloween, July 4th and Easter).

ITA. I can't wait for my hair to get at least 6" to 8" long. I was thinking about what type of protective styling I could do.

OP, your pictures and styles were so breath-taking that I didn't realize I was holding my breath 'til I saw the last one.

All the twist styles lasted 1-2 weeks (before my hair starts to lock up). The braid/cornrow styles have lasted a month (with weekly co-washes).
