To me my ends seems thin. I dont know if its because of my natural hair being so thick or what. I have also had a lot of shedding but it has decreased now. I wonder if the thinning is normal.... Any more replys??

I periodically have a lot of shedding too and my relaxed ends seem very thin...but when I straighten and flatiron, it doesn't look noticeable. My natural hair is much thicker.

I don't really notice any shedding but my natural hair is indeed a lot thicket than my relaxed, making it seem really thin. I was relaxed bone straight.

I have ALOT of shed hair and my hair does seem thin when its wet and my ng is curly while the relaxed ends are straight. But it doesn't seem that bad when it's airdried. The true test will be after I straighten

My shedding is a nightmare but I don't think my hair is thinner. Massive is the word I use to describe my hair...well massive with straggly, relaxed ends.

I do shed a lot too. But garlic treatments help a lot. My ends.. they are still ok in my opinion. But then again, I am only 24 weeks post

No, I don't have shedding and seldom have breakage. OP, a black tea rinse should help with that shedding, follow up with something moisturizing.

Yes, my natural hair is noticeably thicker than my relaxed hair. I've heard from board members that natural hair wasn't much more thick than relaxed hair. Well, to them I tell them to kick rocks. I don't care what they say on natural hair thickness. Mine is noticeably more thick, it actually shocked me. It was not only more thick, but more dark.

My shedding has decreased a lot. It did not decrease until I was about 12 months post. I'm 14 months post and it is not thin to me, but yes my natural hair is definitely thicker.

I shed a lot too and my ends look a lot thinner than the rest of my hair. But when I straighten, it looks the same.

i don't know if my hair actually got thinner. the new growth was just healthier and fuller, so the relaxed ends looked thinner. i kept my hair very moisturized, so i didnt have any ridiculous shedding.
