Naturals and your experience with Carol's Daughter.

I used carols daughter years ago. I used to really like the Healthy Hair Butter and the mimiosa hair honey. I still have some stay-put pomade under my sink. I use the pomade on my edges from time to time. I used to use the HHB on wet hair to do my twists. Her products are too heavy for me now, but I used to like them.

Wow this is interesting, seems like majority just does not like this product! I am so happy to know this and take my stuff back! As I touch my hair here at work its like sticking together at the ends and just isnt nice at all right now because of this stuff! Its crazy how some products can really work and some cant. All I know is I love Aphogee and Ojon thus far!

I actually like the Carol's Daughter products I purchased last weekend. I purchased the Black Vanilla herbal shampoo, Black vanilla hair smoothie, and mimosa hair honey. ETA: I didn't mention what products I tried in my initial post.
I tried:
Black Vanilla Leave-In
Healthy Hair Butter
Hair Milk

I hated them all. My poor hair went through it those days when I used this stuff. I'm sorry for putting it through this. That leave-in left my strands dry. The butter felt like it was just coating my hair and didn't have a purpose. The milk sure didn't do my hair any good.

You have beautiful hair!!! I am happy it worked for you, I have not used that particular product though, just the Rosemary Mint and dryed out my hair :/ But yours looks lovely!

I can't remember all the product names, but I ordered a set:

Hair Milk
Black Vanilla Leave In
Mimosa Butter?
Tui Conditioner
And some kind of shampoo

I gave the hair butter to my sister and threw everything else away except the conditioner. The conditioner was ok but it was too smelly and not worth the price. I will never order any Carol's Daughter products again. Aussie Moist conditioner and S-Curl No Drip work better and are a fraction of the price.

I recently tried the black vanilla leave-in. I really wanted it to work 'cause I love the smell, but it made my hair hard and crunchy.

KBB makes something with the similar smell but I dont know what it is..anyone know what Im talking about? My roomie used to use it, but I forgot the name of the stuff.
