My hair doesn't do anything when I lean back since I just BC'd and have less than 2 inches of hair! :lachen:

I guess for now...I will live vicariously through you ladies!

:lachen::lachen::lachen: Singing the song too!

If my hair is in a wash & go, I can lean all I want but I'll only get a crook in my neck. The curls ain't goin' NOwhere. :nono:

Can't wait til my next press, whenever that will be, to "lean back, lean back..."

I can make it be floor length if I lean back enough. :lachen:

But honestly, hm. I'm about collar bone length. A regular head lean back takes me to about...say, about APL? Can't say for sure as I'm natural, just a guestimate.

OMG i just straightened last week for the first time in months and leaned my head back to see! I was wondering if anyone else did this!

lean back length = slightly past HL!

OP, I LOVE THIS THREAD! I needed a good laugh! :lachen:

So, my LBL is just a little past MBL with 2-strand twists. Not sure what it would be if I straightened out my hair. :grin:

Ooh I'll have to check next time I straighten my hair

When my hair is curly its shoulder length. When I lean back its.. ugh shoulder length. Damn shrinkage!

Crap! I voted wrong! I voted for what I WANTED my "lean back" length to be rather than what it actually is. :ohwell:

Ooops!

Oh well, I have a looong way to go anyway. :rolleyes:

I am currently BSB so when I lean back I am MBL.

I've looked at the length chart a million times but I am just now realizing that the journey from MBL to WL is going to take the longest. God willing I should reach BSL this year and MBL early next year but I probably wont see full WL until 2012.

My "lean-back length" :lachen: is MBL...I didn't know other people do this because I do it almost everytime I cowash in the shower :lachen:

THAT'S WHEN I DO IT!!!! :lachen::lachen::lachen:
i knew i wasnt the only one in my shower doing that lmao

any whoo, i'm currently just below wl (like barely lol) and my lean back length is is right in the middle if hl and muh cracken :grin:

anyone else reading this thread think of this song :lachen:

BEST-POLL-EVER!!!!! :lachen::lachen::lachen::lachen::lachen::lachen:(I thought I was the only one that did that!)

I think I'm bordering between MBL/WL (layers).

My Regi:

1 - Wash 1x/ week with sulfate free shampoo OR diluted shampoo OR homemade shampoo (castille/EVOO/water)

- DC with UBH Deep Conditioner to rescue hair when I've been 'bad' or Aphogee 2 minute or Silk Elements Megasilk Moisturizing Conditioner to maintain UNDER MY BELOVED STEAMER.....YEA! (hooded dryer is collecting dust)

- Airdry then PS (stopped Roller Sets...too much manipulation)

2- cowash 2x/week with VO5 or HE LTR or Kendra Moisturizing Conditioner

3 - UBH Lotion Creme Moisturizer 2x/day on ends

4 - Seal with Soft and Beautiful Botanicals Oil; lately Castor Oil too, I've gotta make BSL!

5 - EVCO melted and warm massaged into the crown of my scalp and the scalp of the breakage areas in the back.

6 - Flat iron once per month or never on very low setting, one pass quickly through hair just to tame.

Anything else regarding trimming:

I have the Split Ender, CreaClip and use the twist technique to dust as needed.

any other suggestions?

I just feel that if I keep trimming I will never see my hair's true potential.

You have a good reggi.....maybe your hair doesn't like certain ingredients? I avoid anything with petrolatum, mineral oil, beeswax...any cheap "fillers"...bc they dry my hair OUT!:nono:.....and only trim when you need to.
