lol, all u have to do is wear it in wal-mart then , u will get at least 1000 stares lol!!!:lachen:

lol i have done this, and you are right, in walmart i got alot of looks with my big hair, but nobody asked me anything, im a people person and i love questions. ill find a way to get a shirt like this, then ill make a special trip to walmart just for the fun of it all:grin:

when my hair gets long enough the first shirt I would put on is.."FIX YOUR FACE, YES THIS IS ALL OF MY HAIR"

I voted yes, but that is because I would not be taking it seriously...I think it is hilarious. If I ever got weave-checked I would not mind/care.

I might, lol.....as a joke. Probably as a casual t-shirt every now and then. I do think it's funny. But I don't have the hair length or quality for that.

........YET. ;P

this it, i have decided.....

im going to have one made this week. theres a guy in my mall that paints t-shirts with watever you want to put on them. oh yessss!!!!!! i think i will also ask him to paint a ruler on the back so i can measure my hair!

:yep::yep::yep:

my point exactly. plus it would give me the opportunity to talk hair, if anyone asked!!

i love giving tips to help other women (outside of lhcf, and other hair boards) to acheive long hair!! :spinning:

That's what I want to be able to do... especially for family members.

:lachen: Look at your siggy gurl!!!! Why you gonna have him put a ruler on the back of your shirt when your hair is about to grow longer than your shirt in about 6 more months anyway????

Even though I dont consider my hair very long (almost BSL) I still get asked a lot. I dont think I would wear the shirt. I get asked all the time if I have implants, (I don't), and I dont think I'd wear a shirt that said "yep, they're real!"
I think it would be cute on others I just dont think I could pull it off.

I was in LCBO last night and I couldn't stop staring at this lady her hair was so obviously fake. Long and shiny all full on the top of the head. She needed no t-shirt stating the hair on her head was not real. Knowing our luck she will be wearing the tee stating - "this is not weave". LMAO now. That's too funny; just imagine her and that t-shirt on. It was so fake. Hum hum hum. That was wrong, it was tacky. Okay I need to stop thinking about it. None of my business.

Okay Adora, you have until Sunday to get one. Please take a picture of it asap with you wearing it. I will be rooting for you and let us know how it goes when you go in public with it on. You've got spunk for sure! :yep:

Are you really going to?

probably not. even when i stop wearing weaves to grow out my hair and I've reached my goal, I don't see the point. i think a lot of people i come across may feel slighted or come at me in such a way in response to them feeling I was being a braggart.

See thats how I feel. I might seocnd guess someone wear that shirt. I might their hair actually is weave.

Maybe bragging's not the word for it but I know I would get the stink eye from a few people if I wore that shirt bc they might feel like I'm bragging. Heck I get enough dirty looks and comments now and I'm only BSB. Sadly I care too much about how I'm perceived.

i would when i'm around my family just so they can stop scalping me....but that probably wouldn't stop them :(

1- Adora you thinking about sewing and selling Tees, girl?!
2- For the ones who would wear the Tee - You'll have to wear your hair up so the letters can be seen. Or will the writing be on the front of the Tee?

Yes, I would wear it because it's cute, relevant, and I like Tees with stitched lettering and graphics.

:)

ETA - Oh, I see you are going to buy one.

Nope. I think sometimes some people doth protest too much about how annoyed they are of this question. Not necessarily anyone in this thread (also talking about IRL too) but if I wore a t-shirt like that it would imply I was amongst that bunch in my mind and I'd rather not be. And I have been asked about the authenticity of my natural hair .

I am not sure that I would. But I have been weave checked before and I was not even shoulder length. I guess my hair was too thick to seem that it was all mine.:ohwell::perplexed
