Stainless Steel Spray Bottles

Hey ladies:

What is your opinion on stainless steel? I purchased a stainless steel spray bottle from the dollar store. I was wondering. Do you think it is safe to mix conconctions (glycerin and water or avocado oil and water - any type of mix) to store in these bottles? Sometimes metal changes the properties of things.

i would suggest taking them back. after a few weeks it starts to smell like iron, or steel on the inside. Everything I put in there smelled like that. I threw it away shortly after. They were cute pink and blue colors but I suggest they stay cute on the shelf. LOL

Thanks! I got it at the Dollar tree. I only purchased 1. But 1.00 is a lot of money when you ain't got none.
