How did you use it?
Straight up or mixed with condish?

If straight up, did it leave your hair hard? Follow up w/condish?

If you used it both ways, which way do you prefer?

Directions say to use it directly on hair. Being cautious.
Thanks

I use it right after I rinsed out my DC. I apply let sit w/plastic cap 10-15 minutes and then Rinse. I use it as the step right before my Final Rinse w/PC.:yep:

And...No, it dioes not leave my hair 'hard':nono:

Decided this next time, I will try it mixed in with Conditioner (just to 'test' it out that way)

btw: The Hydratherapie is the Moisturizing one. The Fortetherapie is the Protein based one.

Thanks ladies.

IDareT'shair, do you use one vial for your entire head?

Yep 1 Vial a Week.:yep: As you know, it's pretty 'runny' hence the plastic cap. I apply, comb through hair.

The ones in the plastic tubes are a tad bit thicker.:ohwell:

I have both the Glass Vials (box of 10) and the Plastic Tubes (box of 5).

I just finished a box of 10 of the Colortherapie (glass vials).

Which actually worked pretty good keeping my Henna/Indigo in check. I would purchase the Colortherapie again.:yep:

Wow, one vial a week? I have the glass ones. Haven't tried it yet.
Do you mean it kept your henna/indigo moisturized?

Ladies, did any of you actually see that your strands were repaired?

For Me, I felt the Colortherapie kept the Color Vibrant longer.

I thought it was a good color protectant and the Ceramides were an extra-added bonus.:lick:

IDK about 'repair' but I have noticed: Strength, Shine and Vibrancy.

I have also incorporated various "Oils" and other products that also contain Ceramides as well. i.e. Wheat Germ, Hemp Seed, Redken Deep Fuel etc....

I used it straight and left it in over night at times. Works like a charm. I've switched to Wheat Germ Oil mixed with cheapie conditioners as of late, however.

The first time that I used Hydratherapie, I used 3 vials straight. My hair was hecka thirsty!

Now, I mix it in errything! I put a little in my daily moisturizer mixed in with my Joico Intense Hydrator, in my Ayurvedic co-wash, etc.

I recommend, for your first use, that you use it solo.

I'm a little nervous. I keep thinking it's like a harsh protein or something.

Thanks taz007 and Lucky's Mom. Would adding to spritz be a problem in that I won't rinse out until days later?

It actually isn't a protein and it is VERY moisturizing. I only add about a 1/4 of a vial to 16 oz of my spritz.

^^^ That is a really good idea Taz. I never thought to do that  I think I will mix half a vial into my spritz :scratchch

nothing to be afraid of.... =) I use wheat germ oil and ceremides every week.

Thanks for the great feedback. I'll post back and let you all know how it turns out this wknd. I'm looking for moisture, repair and strength. I'll probably switch to wheat germ oil after I use this up. WG oil is easier to find.

well - imo - natural is better... but - I use the biolage every other week....

I still have the 20 vials.... so - it is just a punch for me. I use wheat germ oil in my detangler, leave in, and caramel treats....

Tried Cera-Repair and my hair feels GREAT!!

First I mixed gelatin and boiled water (let it cool) and spritzed my hair.
Left that overnight.
Co-washed
DC'd with a moisturizing condish
Used Cera-Repair for 9 mins
Applied leave in (Mane n Tail), twisted up and Voila! My hair feels great.

This is my second time using gelatin. I really like the way it feels on my hair. I wondered if Cera-Repair was overkill, just because it also adds strength, but my hair feels great.

Silly me! Once upon a time I thought my hair only needed moisture...that's until it started snapping off.

I'll probably alternate the Cera-Repair and gelatin. Cera-Repair may just replace my need for gelatin. I'm still experimenting and learning, but I know for sure that my hair feels DELISH and I love it!

Where are you ladies buying this? I've been interested in trying it out but I want the PRO version in the glass vials. TIA!!
