Will my hair be okay till tomorrow?

I wrote in another thread, but I'm worried some won't see it. I accidentally used shampoo/water mix instead of conditioner/water mix for my bantu knots. I already did them. Do you think I'll be okay waiting till tomorrow to wash it out?

I wouldn't risk it. I say rinse it out, add conditioner and start again.

honestly, your hair will probably be just fine. it won't fall off and laugh at you from the ground, i promise.
however, if you're like me....you'll just be thinking about it constantly.
i'd save myself the mental trouble.

i agree. i dont think your hair will rot off or anything lol but it it will haunt you through out the nite then might as well wash it out. i left shampoo in my hair for a week once!

i was making a cond mix with left over cond and didnt realize one of the half empty bottles was shampoo. lol oh well

I would make sure they are secure in rubber bands and rinse while they are in. Bolt them dry, then spray with a leave in moisturizer and hope they are dry by morning.

Thanks for the input. I went ahead and washed and conditioned again. It didn't hurt. Lol.

Oh! i wish i'd seen this. I tried to keep them in their sections, but they eventually fell apart. I should have thought to put some ponytail holders in them.
