Which ceramide products do you use?
How have you incorporated them into your regimen?
Thanks for sharing.
Lucky's Mom,
So, adding wheat germ oil to my moisturizing condish would work just as well? I'll check out the Biolage vials as well.
Thanks.
Your ends look really healthy! I love the shine/sheen!![]()
Ladies using Cera Repair, do you add it to your conditioners or leave in spritz? Is JBCO a ceramide?

Do you ladies buy Biolage Cera Repair online or at Sally's/BSS?
What's interesting is this is an Amway product!!
Isn't Satinique the Amway haircare and body care line. I had some really old Satinique my mom gave me years ago and finally threw it away. Never really got a chance to use it. I don't remember it saying anything about ceramides.
Okay ladies, I'm feeling like I need to investigate ceramides. Are they beneficial for natural hair? Is it more of a protein or moisture treatment?

Thanks, crr0121. My L'Oreal Nature's Therapy Natural and Relaxed Intense Moisture has ceramides at the very bottom. Well, let me say "I think it does." The ingredient says "Octadecanedol". I love this condish, but I don't know if it makes my hair stronger. I want to try the Satinique line and/or use Cera Repair in my regular condish and shampoo.
I placed an order earlier this week and received it today! That's fast shipping, but they are in California so that helps.
