I used MTG about twice. I saw no real difference, it just made my hair oily.
I wasnt using castor oil as a grownth aid but I like how it can soften the hair so I'd def stock up on that.

MN-I do believe it works. I was never consistent with it and felt weird buying a bunch of those creams at a time.

Im not consistent with grownth aids but since my hair is nearing MBL I may get serious with it to reach my goals.

I have tried mn, megatek and castor oil; essential oils in coconut carrier. mn and megatek cause more shedding. castor oil is good for sealing my ends but can make my hair really oily. the essential oils made my scalp tingle and probably helped, did not notice more shedding; i will never use another topical aid again, im sticking to scalp massages (might throw in essential oils but no other growth aids). I am not willing to trade length for thickness

iused MN &it works for mee (=

just reeaally expensive tho -_-

im thinking about giving mtg a shot. but everyone keeps complaining about the smell =/ idont wanna stiink at skoool O_o
