stretching relaxer and banished my blowdryer to the back of the closet

Hey, LZ:

Your hair does look much healthier. I like the bun. I want to see more of it in 2006.

Frequent washing has done wonders for my hair. My hair likes the constant attention. It feels so soft and doesn't feel dry after the CWs.

My saving graces were:
  • better products
  • the bonnet dryer for deep conditioning
  • deep conditioning w/ moisture (not just protein)
  • the crown and glory method
  • MSM or MTG (not quite sure which one helped most)

Most importantly, it is a positive attitude towards my hair, no matter what is going on with it. Then I would say:

stretching my relaxer, no heat, no combing except on wash day, keeping my ends moisturized at all times, airdrying in rollersets, washing 2x each week, regular exercise and a healthy diet, drinking lots of water, consistency with my hair regimen and patience.:)

Well first and foremost, my good friends, Mane N Tail original shampoo and conditioner. after about 3 months of using it, my whole hair texture has changed to 3c. i believe it changes the hair by making it stronger and doing something to the inside of the hair to change its structure. i believe a lady on Oprah (audience) exclaimed her hair texture changed whilst using it too.

It probabley wouldn't change hair dramatically, but it does change to a degree where u think "this hair aint mine".

also vitamins Biotin, B-50 (occasional flax and iron - when hair is dry and worn - quite rare since mnt) helped a lot last yr

oh and using minimal direct heat was good too. i've used heat twice in the last 3 months.
