I braided (two-strands) a client Monday and I noticed how much her hair had grown from the last set AND how soft, sheeny, healthy her hair looked after her touch up. I kept complimenting it and finally asked who she went to.
HER HUSBAND DOES HER TOUCHUPS!!!
She said he'd learned from being the only male in the household, etc. A stylist had even tried to take him on, but she said she ain't having her hubby doing hair for other women. She's keeping him to herself!!

He's been there since I started my hair care journey and of course now he's enjoying the long hair, I even catch him giving tips to his mom and sisters, he should be overly qualified to give advice now . He sat patiently over the years while I was baggying, using S-curl and Vaseline, all which he never understood. All the progress shots that are in my album for the past 3 years have been pictures that he's taken.
His only complaint is if I ask him to take me to the BSS...he always complain about how long we're in there....my line is always "If you like the hair, shut your mouth"

The only thing he don't like is staying in the hair isle for hours. But "if I be good" then he would stay with me. My man honestly, doesn't care.
