Hey ladies,
Yes plenty of people have been raviing about certain items and other ways to grow your hair but you still have to keep in mind what is RIGHT for YOU.

I say this because I figured somthing other last week when I'd take my vitimans I'd always be really sleepy but wide awake at night so I figured I'll switch it to taking them at night instead so when I wake up I have a KICK of engery when I wake up. I also figured out that one of my vitimans was making me crave food like a mad woman (was my Mulit- vitman) so I switched off them complently. So point being made it try differnet things out and see what works for you because not everything everyone says is going to work for you..

Thank you and God bless :)

I think this is great advice. I'm taking Nioxin but I just realized that it makes me REALLY hungry. So now, I take it before lunch and before dinner. That way I'm not eating all crazy during the day. I have a flat stomach and I plan to keep it that way (laughs!)

Also, some of the growth aids like Surge, MTG and things with different types of oil in it - just didn't work for me. Surge burned my scalp and neck. MTG made me dizzy and those other things had my scalp flaking like crazy (laughs). Anyways Ladies, healthy hair is about figuring out what works best for you and then doing it consistantly.

I learned a long time ago, what works for one person might not work for me. I can normally tell what will work for me. But I'm still a product junkie.

Thats always my advice to newbies, although i have had alot of good experiences, i have had bad ones too with certain products/practices...:(

My multi's and my iron/prenatal vitamins made me ravenous like a beast!
I would be eating all throughout the day and into the night.
I was so upset.
I did not want to have to go back to doing Tae-Bo 5 days a week because of some vitamins!

Anyway, what I do now is just cut them in half: I take half in the morning with breakfast and the other half at night with dinner.

Problem solved!

Be blessed,
dk
