I'm glad you posted these photos. I tried to blowdry my hair for the first time ever and I was worried I damaged it. Looking at just your blowdry picture, I see that my results were similar to yours which makes me feel better about my work.

Did you follow a particular flat ironing technique? What heat protectants did you use? And most importantly - did you get that salon SWANG to your hair?

It looks really nice, Miss Stella! BTW, what part of TN are u from? Im originally from east TN.

I think you havachieved a cute flippy style. Great job! :wiggle::wiggle: I suck at flat ironing. :nono:

Love the pose pic!!! That flip is really cute...you did a great job. I wouldn't have known it was your first time if you hadn't said so.:drunk:

Thank so much everyone, You dont know how encouraging those words are to me.

IvyHair_ I did not follow a pattern per se'. After I wash I let put in leave ins and protectant, today I used Lacio Lacio, Carols Daughter Hair Balm, and Nexxus Heat Protexx. I just make like six sections and start with a cold air dryer. When the water is out than I will give it a couple heat blast to make it silky. Hair was most def swangin, I could get used to this.:yep:
