worst flexirod set ever

I was inspired to try this today and I must say. My hair came out as a horrible frizzy mess. It's so bad, I am thinking about washing it again tonight and just flat-ironing it tomorrow for my outing tomorrow. I think I will just stick with regular rollersets or braidouts from now on.

you too! i did a flexi rod set yesterday and it came out so frizzy so i went and did a magnetic set today. what products did you use?

Did you do it on damp hair? One of the YouTube hair ladies I like did it and hers came out all frizzy. Her hair is normally beautiful and smooth/bouncy, but she noted a wet flexiset made her look like a poodle.

Maybe try on dry hair that had some holding product put on it when it was wet?

I've been wanting to buy some of these, used them like 20 years ago and they were comfy to sleep in.

Aww!! Sorry you had trouble. I'm opposite. My braidouts always come out looking HORRIBLE.

What products did you use? I've found that less is more when I'm doing a rollerset or flexi rods. I use three items to set... LottaBody, water, and a spray bottle.
