Wig Question

I just bought a cute wig ...
How do I store it to keep it cute when I am not using it?
Should I keep it covered, on a wig stand?
I am new to this and need all the help you ladies can give?

It is best to store your wig on a wig stand. You should not cover it. If/when it gets dusty or dirty, wash it gently and place it on the stand to dry. If it's synthetic, you can brush or comb it without disturbing the style. It's not a bad idea to use some wig spray to help maintain it.

Mine is synthetic, and I will only wear it once or twice a week... so it will be stored most of the time... I will get some wig spray also...

What type of brush should I use?

try using a wig brush, also do not brush/ style the wig until after it's completely dry

What kind of a wig did you get? And yes, the wig should be stored on a wig stand in a a dry place that isn't dusty when not in use.

I bought this one, but I trimmed it down shorter.... to just graze the shoulders... I still have to get the bangs together...


I needed something to help me out when I am pressed for time and don't have time to style my hair.... I wear the bun/baggie style 98.9%... So I need a quick fix for style.... I will be wearing the wig about once or twice a week....
