I have gone to the salon before with MONTHS of new growth. Even though my stylist was very nice and happy to do my hair, people in the salon were staring at me like my head was on fire.

I hate it too...that's why I stopped bothering. Sylver...when I start going again when my new growth gets thick I am gonna have to use your "next time...next time". Love it!!!

I stop going to the salon after 7 weeks post relax, if I do go I let them flat twist my hair, that way it looks good and i don't have to be blown out, after i have a lot of new growth, i do braid outs till i'm ready to relax my hair.

lol how did I know what the thread was gonna say before I opened it. I hate when they say that too. I've never let them relax my hair before, though.
