I have been using CON Shampoo and Conditioner for about 5 years now..

I use Elucence MB as my leave-in 95% of the time.

That's about it.

I consistently use a combo of GPB and Cathy Howse deep conditioner followed by Humecto after virtually every shampoo (weekly). This combination appears to be keeping my hair strong and soft.

Oops!
Forgot to add that after every shampoo, I always finish by wrapping my hair and drying under a warm dryer for 30 minutes with a combo of Black and Sassy Wrap Lotion, Keracare Silken Seal and a few drops of Kemy Oyl. After the 30 minutes I air dry the rest of the way. This combo makes my hair bodylicious and shiny!

I am still using those products. In addition, I have been faithful to the Keracare High Sheen Glossifier and the Mizani Rose H2O.
