I'm not a surger. I don't even fully understand what it is. I keep seeing posts on it. but I couldn't be bothered to read them. I suppose I might eventually, but right now I am focused on discovering heat free hair styling techniques.

I read the list of ingredients that someone posted. But I don't see why this product is so special. So I'll wait to see if everyone is still raving about this product in a couple of months... I have no intention of buying it anytime soon.

I don't understand why people still think that Surge has hormones in it. It doesn't or I wouldn't be using it ladies I don't mess with topical hormones if I can help it.

I think the surge works because of the muccopolysaccharides ((MSM) and the biotin. Alot of ladies are takings these to substances in pill form - so why not just apply it topically???

But to each his own - just wanted to clarify that there were NO HORMONES IN THIS PRODUCT!!!!

I haven't bought it, I'm pretty happy with my current products & I still experience a good amount of hair growth with minimum breakage every month.

I'm a huge skeptic...
Anything that could truly produce that effect would have to do it by screwing with your hormones somehow. I wouldn't touch it, even if I had just shaved off all my hair.

My sentiments exactly! I'm such a doubting Thomas! I want to see months of surge use, and what happens when the surgers stop using it.... I am curious as to how it works so well....

I can't speak for the others, but a few years ago in Canada there was a "wonder drug" available for sebborhea (S-cap, I think). It claimed to have no steroids. A while later, Health Canada withdrew the lotion as an analysis showed it had a high amount of steroids!! Yikes!! I'm not saying that Surge does, but I'm still a doubting Thomas.... I don't mean to scare anyone... sorry.

I'm sure everyone who is using it with success has the proof at their fingertips... I'm just a "late adopter".

I would only be skeptical...if I grew a goatee!!!

Just kidding ladies...I am a great believer of "IF IT AINT BROKE...DONT FIX IT!!!"

If you dont need it...then by all means...no need to spend the money (use that for other lovely products

) But it is a definite keeper for me...ESPECIALLY...since I have so many lovely, long haired ladies to catch up with...

I am going to SURGE, SURGE, SURGE...till my Unibrow grows in...THEN...I might consider tapering down the use some!

I don't plan on purchasing Surge. I can't stand the thought of applying it to my scalp daily, especially 2x. I'm sure my scalp would be itching something crazy.

Also, my hair is not a fan of using products with protein in them too frequently.

Me too PBE! My hair can't take too much protein, let alone twice a day. Besides, I'm growing just fine without it.

I haven't purchased it yet, but I want to. I can't seem to find it in any stores around here and I'm not paying an arm and a leg for shipping and handling that is more than the item actually is.

i have not bought surge. no need to waste money on a product full of protein that my hair doesn't need.

it sounds great, but my hair only likes protein in small amounts . . . surge would probably end up chillin' on the shelf.
