Who adds EVOO to deep conditioner and why?

Hey girls. I just finished relaxing my hair (silk elements) love it by the way. I did add a little EVOO to the relaxer to buy me some application and processing time, however, I've heard mention of ladies deep conditioning with EVOO and I want to know if you could share how you use it and its benefits. Thanks.

sometimes I will use evoo alone as a prepoo treatment and it adds lots of shine to my hair when it is done.
