I'm giving NSI Hair Skin & Nails a try. It's cheap, it has good ingredients, and I know NSI is a quality brand.

I just checked checked the ingredients and it looks good, I have a question though.
how long does one bottle last? it says two tabs a day and serving is 125

Nature's Plus Ultra Hair was my fav. It grew and thickened my hair! My daughters use to take it and received the same benefits: growth & thickness. I can no longer take it or the Ultra Hair Shake because it has soy in it.

Well, if it were me I'd invest in a good liquid multi-vitamin since vitamins and minerals work in a synergy. I said liquid because they're easier for the body to absorb.

I've tried the Nioxin and saw nothing really special for the three months I gave it. I'm gonna try hairfinity next

I'm trying nioxin right now...if I like the results, I will keep going with them. But if not, then I will try the HSN vitamins....
