I've been using Paul Mitchell The Conditioner for about two years now. Also Long Aid curl activator gel has been a staple since i've been natural (3 years).

literally a year or more?......

Nacidit Avocado and Olive Deep conditioners
Ion Hardwater shampoo
Alter Ego Garlic Hot oil treatment
lily of the desert aloe vera gel (edible)
jojoba, avocado, coconut, olive oils
amla powder
porosity control shampoo/con
vatika oil

I found more things I really love late last summer/early fall/this winter. These things aren't going anywhere anytime soon:

Alter Ego energizing/rebalancing cream
Kenra MC
Salerm 21
11 en 1
emergencia
biolage hydratherapie salon/home treatments
HE ltr leave in

Aveda:
  • Damage Remedy Line (poo & treatment)
  • Hang Straight
  • Brilliant Anti-humectant
  • SI poo
  • Dry Remedy Masque (new)
  • Light Elements fluid
And Henna!!!!!!!!

These is all I've been using for a while and I don't see myself changing it.

ORS replenishing conditioner
NTM silk touch leave in
Roux porosity control conditioner
silk elements regular lye relaxer
ORS hair mayonaise

i'm still trying shampoos and protein treatments

Qhemet products for sure. I started out with the sampler pack, then moved on to feed my PJ habit and try everything under the sun.....and now I am back at Qhemet. I keep Qhemet products in stock and usually have one I am using and another back-up under the sink.

Same thing with Oyin products.

The only thing i can say i've been using consistently for over a year is oils, especially jojoba oil.
I go heavy on the oils during the winter...

Wild Growth Oil-some people hate the smell but I like it. My hair drinks it up and it's been a keeper since joining LHCF
Motions Moisture Plus conditioner: NOTHING makes my hair feel as smooth and silky as this. It's economical and easily attainable. LOVE IT. I will NEVER stop using this stuff.
Motions CPR: years ago when I lightened my hair until an inch of it's life, this saved me from being bald headed. I love this stuff. I am currently using it now because my hair is not responding well to the stress that I am currently under. It makes my hair feel very strong!

Elasta QP Mild Lye Relaxer (I had a major setback when I switched to ORS no lye relaxer, but I quickly switched back)
Elasta QP Intense
Elasta QP H-Two
Hot 6 Oil
Olive Oil

Fantasia IC w/Sparklites and Thick N' Shine Gels

Miss Jessie's Buttercremes

BBD Stretch (I used for well over a year, but haven't repurchased in a while...I really need to get back on it!)

ELASTA QP CREME CONDITIONING SHAMPOO
ORS CARROT OIL AND HAIR MAYONNAISE
S-CURL NO DRIP
CHEAPIE CON -SUAVE/VO5

AND I RECENTLY BOUGHT KENRA MC (LIKE, OMG, ITS A KEEPER).

THESE ARE THE ONLY PRODUCTS I USE ON MY HAIR NOW, I DO SEAL WITH EVOO AND HAVE ADDED MT TO MY REGIMEN AS A GROWTH AID, BUT THIS WORKS WELL FOR ME.

ORS Replenishing Packs. I always come back to it. It's the one thing in my collection that isn't made of mostly natural ingredients but I love how my hair feels with it.

Aubrey Organics HoneySuckle Rose and the GPB- I've used these since Day #1.

I agree with the poll results, you can't really go wrong with oils and Ors Replenishing packs. I've stuck with my Coconut oil and Olive oil for a long time, and I should have never stopped using ORS replenishing packs because my hair loved it, but I wanted to find something that was a little more natural.

Silicon Mix. I can't imagine that I will ever stop using this. Got hipped to it last spring and have purchased it many times over since then.

JBCO!!! Anytime my hair is really dry I can turn to this and it works like a charm.
Im also using this to wash my face and grow my lashes

Kenra moisture conditioner
Elucence acidifying shampoo and moisture conditioner (deep condition and leave in, I use it for both)
Giovanni's 50:50 conditioner (love this stuff!) and the nutrafix.

The above are always in my stash!

For 2 years or longer, I have been using Fermodyl 619 Leave-in ampoules. I cannot do my hair after washing without these. I have also loved Qhemet Biologics moisturizers for a loooong time. I used to be an avid user of their Sidr Tree Butter Balm and Olive Cream Detangler, but these have been discontinued. I do still use her Heavy Cream, which is a staple cream from my ends.

I have some go-to shampoo and conditioners that have been in rotation for years, but I do change those from time to time.

Kerastase Masquintense
Crede MT Shampoo & ER Treatment
Yuko Phiten Bella Treatment
Nexxus Humectress
DRC-28 (although I don't need this as much anymore)

It's been about a year now, or at least close to it, since I started using HairVeda products and I'm still in love. Vatika Frosting, Whipped Cream, Cocasta Oil, and SitriNillah Hair Masque are indefinite staples.
