where to buy bone picks

I'm looking for a pick and/or a comb made of bone. Where can I find them? I know someone who has some but she got her's from Nigeria. I'm in Saudi Arabia so ya know I'm a little limited to resources until I travel. I'd just thought I'd ask. I dont see her as often to ask her...she told me they were better than combs...it doesn't break your hair.
