I'm going to start taking biotin. Does anyone know when is the best time to take them? During, before or after meal? Morning, mid-day, before bed? Whenever?

I have had good results taking 2 in the morning and then 2 at night. I think it filters through your body better by taking it every 12 hours or so; maximizing the time your body has to use an optimal amount of biotin. Good luck with it! :]
