All my natural ladies,
I try to stay away from long post, so I will keep this brief. It is so important to keep a picture journal of your hair progress because when I look in the mirror I dont see as much growth as I do on the lens. If I did not frequent my pics often I would get so discouraged, because the growth seems so slow but this is proof positive that I am on the right track. I encourage all you ladies if you have not done so to keep a photo journal of your progress. It is so much fun!!!
