Now the Easter egg basket is just too much
It's how you wear it. I dyed my hair purple and I wore it as an accent.
Now if my hair matched my eye make-up, shirt, and shoes. Then it would've been ghetto. it's how the person carries themselves, and the style of the hair.
I really believe that we as a people have a very interesting history with hair. Hair played a major part in our upbringing. The time and care we were taught to put into it and the way our hair was described if left looking a certain way. When we see hair that does not conform to the styles of what everybody else is rocking (including those from other races) we call it ghetto. We call it ghetto because it does not conform to our standard of the perfect coif. It's how we were bought up. .
