When do i apply a semi-permenant color

before or after i deep condition? My hair has lost elasticity, do i need more protein or more moisture? TIA

Colour before the deep condition, the colour will take better that way.
I don't know about your second question though...

i think that when your hair losses elasticity, you need more protein.
As for the first question, I am not sure of the answer.

i thought i may need more protein as well but then i thought to myself protein makes the hair hard and wen u hav too much protein it can snap and break more easily so then i thought mmm mayb i need moisture as u can see i'm confused. anyhoo is there ne that didnt like nexxus humestress coz i'm not sure if i wanna use it since it has both mineral oil and petroleum
