Depends on how i feel, sometimes overnight and sometimes anywhere from 20-30 minutes to an hour.

Same here. I prefer to do it overnight, but most of the time I sit under the dryer for 30 minutes.

Usually for at least two hours, and depending on how late in the day I got started, overnight. :yep:

I've started lately the 2 hour period. VERY EFFECTIVE for 4ab natural like me.

Do you do it under a dryer or heat cap? Sitting under the dryer seems like an eternity!:perplexed

It depends on the day of the week that I DC however, I am pretty consitent so, I will do at least 1 hour to 2 with out heat!:yep:

I sit under the heating cap for 15 mns or less. Then I leave it on for maybe about 1 hr more to cool off. Rinse. HOWEVER on the lazy days, I DC overnight.

I deep condition under a dryer for about 30 minutes regularly. Every other week, I deep condition with under the dryer with damp towels and plastic bags for a steam treatment. I do deep condition overnight if I start later in the day and don't have anything else to do. :)

I deep condition weekly for at least 30 minutes. But I try to go for 45-60 minutes if I have the time.

I had to go with 10-20 minutes when i do deep condition i lather it up and sit under the drier for about 20 minutes then i rinse it out with cool water in the shower. it works for me unless i get lazy and jus wait till the next morning to rinse it out

I deep condition 20-30 without heat during the week, and on the weekend 1-2hrs.
