What's up with the menthol in Wen?

I don't like that tingly feeling. Won't menthol dry out your hair? I don't know what to think about this. I steamed with Wen and I felt like that firehead smilie.

Does the menthol effect your hair?

Send it Back:look: @1st Bolded.

Haven't tried it.:perplexed

:burning::burning::burning::burning::burning: @2nd Bolded. I'm sure that steam opened up your Pores.. Exchange it for the Fig or something.....

Are you using the cucumber-aloe? I do, and I've definitely noticed the tingling, but I kinda like it. :look:

I read somewhere that menthol acts as an anti-oxidant and helps reduce the rate of hair falling out. Don't know how accurate that is though.

I ordered all of them :look:.

I may exchange them. I do like the Almond Mint but will the menthol dry your hair out?

Cute pic Bttrfly70.

I love WEN but the only one that kind of makes my head tingle is the tea tree. But, then again, I haven't used it with heat. When I DC with the Re-moist, I just leave it in overnight.

I don't use Wen but I use the Sally remake and I love the menthol.I washed my hair with it for just that reason, the cooling sensation. We had been having 100 degrees days. Just used it for my last wash a couple of days ago.

WEN FIG is on my hair right now. The first hour there was a lot of cool, menthol feel, last 2 hours not so much. I've tried the SWEET ALMOND and now FIG. Yet to try the CUKE, or TEA TREE. Over the past three weeks I've become a WEN LOVER!! QVC sales better look out.
